A Latina’s Guide to Corporate Board Service

Organizations need the grit and guidance of women, specifically diverse women, on their boards of directors. Unfortunately, corporate boards are overwhelmingly male and overwhelmingly white, although steps to mitigate this inequity are being made. This session will advise Latinas on steps they can take to become board members, how to use your position to create a pipeline of qualified female talent, and the business benefits of having diverse women on boards.
