Lisa H. Robinson is the Chief Operating Office (COO) Diversity, Equity and Inclusions (DEI) leader reporting directly to the COO. Lisa is responsible for the strategy, data insights and implementation of DEI programs across COO with a specific focus on business outcomes and measures to drive the effectiveness and sustainability of diversity efforts.
Lisa is a proven leader in strategy, business transformation, and risk management, having served recently as the chief of staff for Wells Fargo’s head of Operations where she led business strategy and implementation, supporting the build of holistic operations for the company. During her tenure, she stood up a data insights office, and developed and implemented the strategic framework to design an effective and transformational Enterprise Operations function for Wells Fargo.
In her previous role as the head of Unclaimed Property, Lisa led the build- out and implementation of a new strategic effort directed by the Operating Committee and the Board of Directors to establish a companywide unclaimed property shared service.
Previous responsibilities include:
Strategy executive for Wells Fargo’s Rebuilding Trust Office (RTO),
established in 2017 to address critical operational, business process, and risk management issues across the organization that were a direct result of the sales practices consent order and other matters requiring company attention.
Risk Executive for Wells Fargo Virtual Channels (WFVC) and Enterprise Data & Analytics, overseeing risk, data security, cyber- security, and governance for the largest channels in the company including wellsfargo.com, mobile banking, consumer contact centers, and associated digital properties and data environments.
Leading national diversity and inclusion efforts as the enterprise president for one of Wells Fargo’s largest Team Member Networks.
Lisa has been a key contributor to Wells Fargo, recently celebrating more than 25 years with the company. In 2010, Lisa was chosen by the San Francisco Business Times as one of the top 100 Most Influential Women in Business. She is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley, and holds a degree in Sociology.
