Jacqueline Aguilar is Senior Counsel for The Procter & Gamble Company (P&G) headquartered in Cincinnati, OH. Jacqueline has experience in numerous legal practice areas including Global Transactions (counseling clients in M&A deals, licensing and joint development agreements, and procurement contracts); Global Ethics & Compliance (designing and leading compliance programs, risk mapping and assessments, training, internal investigations, data analytics, and anti-corruption/anti-bribery solutions); and Brand Legal (counseling P&G’s $1 billion-dollar oral care franchise in North America on advertising, marketing, claim substantiation, product differentiation, trademark, licensing, FDA, risk-management, and privacy matters). Prior to joining P&G, Jacqueline was employed by two other publicly traded global corporations, Toyota Motor North America and Convergys, in Compliance, Global Diversity & Inclusion, and Human Resources.
Jacqueline received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Management and a minor in Information Technology from Xavier University summa cum laude, graduating first in her class, and her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. She is actively involved in the Cincinnati community through her pro bono work with the Legal Aid Society’s Volunteer Lawyers for the Poor Foundation, Pro Bono Partnership of Ohio, Su Casa Hispanic Center, the Cincinnati Bar Association’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee, and Film Cincinnati. Jacqueline was chosen as one of Cincinnati Business Courier’s 2019 “Forty Under 40” awardees for her leadership in the Cincinnati community and was recognized as a 2021 Young Hispanic Corporate Achiever by HACR. She has also received a variety of internal company recognitions for her outstanding work including P&G’s 2018 Global Diversity & Inclusion Award and P&G’s 2021 Manuel Venegas Community Award.
